I am a Bioinformatics Research Analyst at Washington University in St. Louis working at the intersection of cancer genomics, epigenomics, and computational biology.
My current research focuses on developing analytical approaches for cell-free DNA (cfDNA) based liquid biopsies for brain tumors using fragmentomics, methylation profiling, and multi-omics integration.
Across academia and industry, I have built bioinformatics software tools, large-scale cloud genomics workflows, and analytical pipelines supporting translational cancer research, plant genomics, and precision medicine initiatives.
